Leslie comes to the industry with a wide range of experience from her service work in the non-profit sector. For more than two decades, she served in a philanthropy role to advocate for, drive future growth and mission and leverage sustainability to support various causes. Leslie ended her tenure serving as CEO/COO and Compliance Officer for a local affiliate to one of the nations largest health charities. Leslie graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a BA in Communicaiton Studies. She is an equestrian rider at heart, loves outdoor adventures and spending time with family and friends. Leslie manages administrative/fiscal operations and marketing for SkyRun with efforts to continue her service work for local charities that are close to her heart!

Rod has vast experience owning and operating a successful family-owned business and an outdoor and guiding business in Montana. Prior to launching SkyRun North Lake Tahoe with his wife Leslie, Rod was a Wealth Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. He attended St. Mary’s College in Moraga on a football scholarship and continues to be an avid sports enthusiast. Rod handles owner and guest relations, strategic pricing, business development and general operations for SkyRun. Rod enjoys various outdoor activities including fly fishing, hiking, camping, skiing and golf. He values time spent with family and friends and he and his wife, Leslie enjoy being part of the great North Lake Tahoe area.
