Good Neighbor Policies are strictly enforced in all SkyRun vacation rentals.  Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am. It is important that guests adhere to these policies as any complaints may result in early departure of the guest stay and or/fine(s) to guests. The Good Neighbor Policies Flyer is posted in all SkyRun vacation rentals as a friendly reminder to be a Good Neighbor during your stay in North Lake Tahoe!

Drones are prohibited to be operated from all SkyRun vacation rentals and in all North Lake Tahoe residential/community neighborhoods.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Hillside Mountain Creek Haven is truly an alluring mountain vacation retreat ready for you to make memories with family and friends. Located in the exclusive Tahoe Donner community, this home is masterfully crafted showcasing  beautiful stone, knotty Alder cabinets and granite countertops. The spacious, secluded sunny lot and the warmth of the  decor invites you to settle in, relax and enjoy the peace and serenity from the stunning creekside and the mountain vistas views.  The private spacious back yard/lot is perfect for those sunny days and leads you to the Alder Creek Trail that is just steps away!

Upon entrance through the front door, a mudroom welcomes you into the home and offers plenty of storage, room and year-round shelter from inclement weather. Step into the grand room that joins together the living room, kitchen and dining area. A cathedral ceiling and windows bring in openness and light with a beautiful stone hearth gas fireplace anchoring the room. A 65" Smart TV (w/dvd, dish) offers added entertainment with a large connecting deck for enjoying the cool summer nights or perhaps building a snowman in your own winter wonderland. Venture into the well-equipped kitchen that offers chef grade appliances and spacious granite countertops to prepare your favorite meals. A breakfast bar compliments the kitchen and provides added seating. The dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and provides plenty of seating for all! A 1/2 bath and workstation are added features to the grand room in addition to a covered front deck with comfortable furnishings that sits off the foyer.  Last but not least, privately nestled off the grand room is the large master king ensuite. Enjoy stargazing on the connected deck, watching your favorite show on the 40" flat TV, or taking a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub.

ACCESS TO PRIVATE AMENITIES: Two transferable key cards providing guests access to the Tahoe Donner private amenities are located within the vacation rental.   Up to four guests (7 years and older) may gain access on one card. A daily access fee per guest/per day applies. Children under 7 are free. PARKING (4 vehicles - 1 in garage, 3 in driveway): NO PARKING ON STREETS. Parking can be strictly enforced. To avoid tickets or towing, please adhere to signs and parking allocations. SkyRun is not responsible for any fees or damage to vehicle(s) that may occur.

ROAD CONDITIONS: Please Be Advised that highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. It is critical that during winter months that brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition.  AWD/4WD and/or chains are required. BEAR ACTIVITY: Please be advised that bear visits can be frequent. It is important that open food, beverage containers and any trash are NOT left in cars, garage, on decks, by hot tub, on top of hot tub cover or around outside premises of property.  Keep car windows rolled up and doors locked. Close and lock all doors (including garage door) and windows when away from the premises or when retiring for the night. All garbage is to be placed in trash receptacles or taken to bear bin  located in the driveway. Please ensure bear bin door is securely latched. 

GARBAGE: Pick up is Tuesdays AM. If your stay falls over a Tuesday, please remove all trash to Bear Box located in driveway to be hauled away.

• HOA Noise Ordinance in Effect: Please be respectful of your neighbors. Reported disturbances or disrespectful behavior may result in eviction of your stay.
• Must be 25 years or older to rent property and be present during booking dates. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, adult/guardian at all times
• SkyRun Management may greet guest/renter during their stay asking to see a valid ID and payment method
• Check-In time: 4pm |Check-out time: 10am (unless other arrangements have been made with SkyRun).
